Profile Sections

Your profile is your professional identity on Gigstaan. It consists of multiple sections you can customise:

1. Cover — Upload an introductory video or cover image
2. About — Write a professional bio or summary
3. I Know — Add skill and expertise tags
4. Skills — List your endorsed skills with sub-skills
5. Education — Add your formal education details
6. Services — List services you offer with rates (Gigstar only)
7. Portfolio — Showcase completed projects with images and videos
8. Certifications — Upload professional certificates
9. Reviews — Ratings and feedback from completed gigs
10. Badges — Platform badges you’ve earned

Portfolio Management

Your portfolio is a powerful tool for winning bids. Each portfolio item can include a title, description, media (images and videos), skills used, tools used, collaborators, and linked reviews from clients.

Availability Status

Let clients know when you’re available for work with three status options:

1. Accepting Gigs — You’re open and ready for new work
2. Currently Busy — You’re working but might take on more
3. Not Accepting — You’re not available right now
